CSD profile maintenance
A CSD number is not enough. Buyers verify the live record, and an old director, unverified bank account, tax mismatch or wrong commodity can block supplier onboarding. We review the full profile, update the supported fields and give you a current summary report.
CSD profile maintenance costs R790 at ProperSA. That is our fixed service fee; government and authority fees are charged at cost on top. If you give us everything we ask for and we still fail to deliver what this page promises, we refund our fee; a refusal by the authority is not refundable.

What this service does not do
CSD registration itself is free. You pay ProperSA for the review, preparation and follow-up. Treasury, SARS, CIPC and the bank control their own verification systems. We cannot override a failed verification or promise a tender outcome.
Update, 2026: online RFQ evaluation
Since 1 April 2026, requests for quotations (RFQs) on the Central Supplier Database that do not need an evaluation committee can be evaluated online. Suppliers respond to RFQs on CSD under the My RFQ menu, and an RFQ will not be awarded to a supplier whose compliance indicators show non compliant. Registration on CSD remains free (Treasury fact sheet for suppliers on RFQ online evaluation, 23 June 2026).
Frequently asked questions
Can I update CSD myself?
Yes. CSD is a free National Treasury service. Our fee is for reviewing the full profile, preparing supported changes and following verification issues.
Does this include tax clearance?
We check the visible status. Fixing a SARS compliance problem is a separate service and may require a registered tax practitioner.
What is the yearly option?
We repeat the profile review annually and remind you before the review is due. It does not include unlimited changes or other registrations.
