- A written reply within one business day, usually much faster during working hours, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 South African time
- No call centre, no hold music and no pressure calls; we phone only if you ask us to
- Fixed prices confirmed in writing before any work starts
- Refund if we fail to deliver: if you give us everything we ask for and we still fail to deliver what the service page promises, we refund our fee. A refusal by the authority is not refundable
