If you give us everything we ask for and we still fail to deliver what this page promises, we refund our fee; a refusal by the authority is not refundable.

ProperSA is an independent private compliance service, not SARS Customs, ITAC, NRCS, a carrier or a port. Clearance, duty, VAT, storage, examination, laboratory and authority fees are separate. We do not guarantee release, a tariff outcome or that penalties will be waived.

Where a customs entry or physical clearance is required, an appointed clearing agent handles that part and quotes it separately.
Can you guarantee release?
No. The responsible authority decides release and can request more documents, an examination or payment.
