How it works

Ordering, start to finish

1. Pick a pack or service and click the order button. It opens an email to us with the subject prefilled; press send.
2. You get our written questionnaire back the same business day. Answer at your own pace, in writing. No calls, no meetings, everything on record.
3. We do the work: documents customised or registrations submitted, with progress updates by email as government systems respond.
4. You receive the finished pack or confirmations by email, then pay the fixed price by EFT. The price on the site is the price you pay; where a government fee applies it is either included or shown at cost upfront.

Why written only

Compliance disputes are won and lost on paper. Working in writing means you always have a record of what was asked and what was delivered, nothing depends on remembering a phone call, and you can answer the questionnaire at 11pm after the shop closes. It also keeps our prices fixed: no billable hours, no meetings.

What we are, and are not

ProperSA prepares documents, handles registrations and manages government filings for small businesses at fixed prices. We are not a law firm or a registered financial services provider: packs are templates and guidance customised to your answers, and the free tools are estimates. When a matter needs an attorney or licensed advisor, we say so instead of selling you something.
