Who is behind ProperSA

I have spent more than 20 years in South African logistics and ecommerce, working in compliance and escalations. That means I was the person handling the disputes: courier claims, chargebacks, regulatory queries, the paperwork that decides who wins when something goes wrong. Most of those disputes were not won by the better argument. They were won by whoever had the right document, filed on time.

Small businesses usually did not have that document. Not because owners are careless, but because getting it done properly meant consultant rates and billable hours most small businesses cannot carry. ProperSA is my answer to that: the standard compliance work, done in writing, at a fixed price you can see before you start.

How the site makes money

The calculators are free, with no signup and no tracking of what you type; every tool runs entirely in your browser. The business pays for itself through the fixed price packs and services. If the free tools help you and you ever need the paperwork done properly, that is the whole model.
