6 equal paymentsBuy the system and pay it off over six months, quoted in writing after your consult. It is yours outright after the last payment, with no monthly fee unless you choose support, which is optional at R2 500 a month. Hosting is separate, from R1 800 a month.

Fixed quoteOwn the code and data. 25% deposit to start, 50% when the first version is live for testing, 25% on handover, with optional support after that at R2 500 a month. Hosting is separate, from R1 800 a month.
Ready made for tender consultancies: the tenders dashboard is R45 000 outright, or 6 payments of R8 000.
On either monthly plan you may end early on 20 business days' written notice; the early termination charge covers work done and hosting committed, never more than the remaining months. Every quote is in writing before work starts.
